Where it started

Following in the footsteps of four generations of O’Regans, I started my bricklaying career working alongside my father, a mentor with 30+ years in the game, back in W.A. During my time in W.A, I fell in love with the trade and the physical nature of it all, completing my apprenticeship in 2008. I was lucky enough to work in some of Perth’s top suburbs of Cottlesloe and Peppermint Grove, but in 2012, I made the move to Melbourne to continue my trade.

Melbourne is where I set out alone as a sole trader, developing relationships in the industry and refining my skills in the trade. Fast forward 9 years, and DCM Brick and Block is 5 years old. Working for myself is something I’d always dreamed of, and what started as a leap of faith is now an established team of trusted bricklayers and experienced labourers.

Working closely with my team every day, I provide guidance and mentorship to ensure high skilled execution of all facets of brick and block-laying.  We are known for our hard-working ethos and pride ourselves in delivering reliable, quality for all our clients. 

With our complete supply and install service option, we will effortlessly run the brick or clockwork on your behalf from beginning to end. We pride ourselves in working in close collaboration with our clients , site managers, engineers and architects to ensure the design, cost and construction of their projects is fully considered.
